Cancellation Policy
We at PAX Hotels understand that plans can change unexpectedly. To offer flexibility while also ensuring fair compensation for our services, we have established the following cancellation policy:
Standard Cancellation Policy:
1. Cancellation Period :
- 7 Days Prior to Arrival: Guests may cancel their reservation without any penalty up to 7 days before the scheduled date of arrival.
- 3 to 7 Days Prior to Arrival: If a cancellation is made within 7 to 3 days before the arrival date, a fee equivalent to 50% of the total stay will be charged.
- Within 3 Days of Arrival: For cancellations made within 3 days of the arrival date, the full cost of the stay will be charged.
2. No-Show Policy:
- In the event of a no-show, where the guest does not arrive and has not canceled the reservation, the full cost of the stay will be charged.
3. Amendments to Reservations:
- Any amendments to existing reservations, including changes to the arrival date or duration of stay, are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. The above cancellation fees will also apply to amended reservations based on the new arrival date.
Special Promotions and Offers:
Certain special promotions and discounted rates may have unique cancellation policies. Please refer to the specific terms and conditions associated with the promotion or offer at the time of booking for detailed information.
Refund Process:
All eligible refunds for canceled reservations will be processed within 7 business days. Refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment used at the time of booking.
