  Cancellation Policy

  • A cancellation is free of charge if done more than 07 days prior to the date of check in:
  • A cancellation done within 07 days from the date of check in shall amount to a 100% retention of the gross booking amount. (07 days calculated from date of arrival)
  • A booking is non amendable within 03 days from the date
  • Payments done online via payment gateway shall always account for 5% Transaction Charge of the advance paid via payment gateway in case of cancellations.

  General Terms and Conditions

  1. According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person (Adults & children/infants) staying at the hotel. Foreign nationals are required to present their Passport and valid visa, Indian nationals can present any one of the following: Passport, Driving License or Voter ID card. Without valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check-in and the booking will be considered as NO SHOW and no refund will be provided.
  2. Indian nationals making cash payment above Rs. 20000.00 has to produce their PAN card.
  3. Standard Check-In Time: 14:00:00 IST. | Check-out- 12:00:00 IST
  4. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may be chargeable.
  5. Hotel reserves the right to cancel reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity.
  6. Booking is not transferable without written consent from the Hotel. Rights of admission reserved. Special Requests are subject to availability and may be chargeable.
  7. Tariff subject to change without prior notice.
  8. Early Check Out / No Show will account for 100% retention of the total booking amount.
